#### A-ter Interface

The A-ter interface is used to connect the BTS (Base Transceiver Station) to the BSC (Base Station Controller). It operates at a standard rate of 16 kbps per channel, with the capability of handling up to 32 channels. 

This interface facilitates the communication and control signals transmitted between BTS and BSC, ensuring efficient management and coordination of mobile network operations.
